In order to block a unit at the current PHASE 2 Pricing, the following payment schedules are required.
50% prior to Phase 3 (full completion of condo unit)
The final 50% upon completion of the condo unit.
Please note that the total price to be paid is subject to 12% VAT, a 1.5% transfer fee, and 0.5% home association funds deposit.

Home Associations Fund (Sinking Fund)
A deposit of 0.5% of the total unit price for the 'Home Associations Fund' is required upon the purchase of your unit.
This fund is to be used for any major maintenance and restoration expenses necessary that exceeds the coverage of the monthly home association’s fee for each year.
All unit owners are required to replace the amounts deducted from the Home Associations Fund on a yearly basis, according to unit sizes.
Complete Foreign Ownership, the apartment goes straight under your name. No long tem leases in which you lose your prperty after period expires. The value of your condo will increase, rahter than decrease as time goes on.
